Less fouling

Due to the swirling at the tube wall less fouling occurs on the inner and outer tube surfaces (antifouling effect). This is why ERK Tube applications are especially recommendable for media loaded with solid materials.    

     ERK Tube can be cleaned with established treatment methods (scrubbing, chemical / biological flushing) like smooth-bore tubes. Depending on operating medium, the cleaning intervals are considerably shorter than with smooth-bore tubes.
